I have used many of the same sub-contractors for as long as 20 years. I build a quality home and pay strict attention to detail. I feel I offer excellent quality for the money. I only build 2-3 homes per year and am very "hands on". Because I am so detail-oriented, I often do much of the work myself.

I have built many fine homes in Chesapeake , Virginia Beach and Norfolk. In neighborhoods such as Bay Colony, Great Neck Point, Wimbledon On the Bay, Cypress Point. • I can use your plans or mine. I can also can have something drawn to suit your needs. I prefer to build all brick homes.
   
• I have built quality homes from 2,700-6,000 sq.ft. Nothing is impossible!
   
• I have Bachelors of Fine Arts Degree in Studio Art and often help home buyers with materials and selections.
   
• I am both state and city licensed.
   
• I also carry all necessary insurances...general liability, workman's compensation and builders risk.
