I have been in the home building business since being a laborer for a custom home builder in High School. I worked many years for other builders as a superintendent and became self employed and started my own business in 1986. I also worked many years doing light commercial work that includes many strip shopping centers and the commercial area of one oceanfront hotel. This equals 33 years in the building business.
